Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email once payment is authorised. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if we detect fraudulent activity.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in USD and include the amount charged at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The total shown on the checkout page is the total you are charged.
Shipping
Standard shipping within the US is free. Express shipping is available for an additional fee shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
60-day guarantee
If you're not happy with your Vyelix within 60 days of delivery, email us for a full refund of the purchase price.
Warranty
The Vyelix Solar Bug Zapper carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, misuse and accidental damage are not covered.
